Bus Stop Time-Lapse
Every day when walking my daughter to her bus stop I took a picture of this waterfall. At the end of the school year I had 120 photos of the same location, taken at the same time each day. What you see here is a time-lapse animation I produced using a combination of HTML, XML and Flash. I have the ability to programmatically control the images and transitions via the XML file. (Click here to view an enlarged version of the entire sequence.)
ITivIT Intro
ITivIT (as in "Information Technology for Information Technologists") was the original name of our company. What you see here is a sample intro I put together for our web site. The animation is done in Flash. I did the sound editing using a combination of ACID and SoundForge. (Click on the image to see the animation.)
Captain Compliance
A friend approached me with the idea of doing an animated video for a company presentation he would be giving. He wanted to give life to the subject matter, so created Captain Compliance, a character who's life passion is compliance regulations. My friend wrote the script and drew all the images. I did the production work.
Four Seasons Boston
At one point I was asked by a client to quickly edit down some video footage of the Four Seasons Hotel in Boston so that it could be given to the hotel manager to demonstrate videography capabilities – a quick turnaround, down and dirty project. As I understand it, the hotel manager liked the video so much that he started running it on a flat panel display in the hotel lobby. (As soon as I track down the video I'll put it out here so that you can see it.)
